Searching Properties
When searching for a street name, do not use a suffix such as Rd for Road, Dr for Drive, etc. The system will not return the proper results if you do.
Example
For example: instead of Eight Mile Road or Eight Mile Rd, please use Eight Mile.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
Requests for special assessments on a parcel must be faxed to the Treasurers Department at (734) 421-7230.
Summer & Winter Taxes
Normal due date for Summer Taxes billed July 1 is September 14 and the due date for Winter Taxes billed on December 1 is February 14. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday the due date will be the next business day.
