1. APPEAL CASE NO. 2022-07-03 (Tabled on August 16, 2022): Scott and Carla Murray, 18420 Laurel, seeking to construct a steel accessory building while maintaining an attached garage resulting in excess total accessory building area.
2. APPEAL CASE NO. 2022-08-26: Feras Seryani, 34800 Plymouth Road, seeking to erect an addition to a nonconforming building, resulting in deficient rear yard setback.
3. APPEAL CASE NO. 2022-08-27: Tyler Gregory, 36476 Bennett Street, seeking to maintain a 96 sq. ft. accessory structure, erected without permit, on a corner lot, resulting in a deficient corner lot setback.
