Halloween Guidance

Halloween is going to be a little spookier than usual this year! And it's not just because there will be a full moon! 👀 COVID-19 is going to make our Halloween celebrations unique. In addition to traditional Halloween safety measures, we encourage you to follow these safety guidelines:

--Don't go out if you are sick. (Sneezing vampires are frightening for entirely different reasons right now.)

--Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet or approximately 36 fun-size Snickers (don't ask how we know this).

--No Halloween costume is complete without a mask, but every monster on your block should know a costume mask is no replacement for the actual face mask that we wear daily. Be sure to wear at least the face mask.

--Understand that some houses may not participate in trick-or-treating this year – and that's okay.

As a reminder, the City does not have designated trick-or-treat hours. Please be safe, be smart, be a good neighbor and have fun!
