Voting FAQs

Mayor Maureen Miller Brosnan and City Clerk Susan Malone Nash answer your questions about voting in Livonia!

On Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout October, the City of Livonia Clerk’s Office will be open until 7 p.m. for election business. Residents can come to City Hall or call (734) 466-2230 for assistance.

The Clerk's Office will be open for ELECTION PURPOSES ONLY on:
Friday, Oct. 30
Saturday, Oct. 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 2
Tuesday, Nov. 3 (Election Day)

Ballots will continue to be mailed out as the applications come in. Ballots can be returned to the City Clerk by depositing them in the secure ballot mailbox outside City Hall or in person. You can also mail your ballots to the Clerk's Office at City Hall. Please note that the return absentee ballot envelope requires two Forever postage stamps.
