2019 Bulk Leaf Pickup Program Update

Vehicle Performing Leaf Pickup

City crews continue leaf collection services and will be working Saturday, Nov. 23, in order to maintain the Weekly Schedule. Leaf collection will continue in the order published in the flyer that was posted on our website and mailed to residents. The program will continue through the week of Dec. 2. For daily updates, please see the 2019 Bulk Leaf Pickup Map.

Residents should be aware that the red signs posted in neighborhoods will remain up until that neighborhood or street is completed. Once the sign is removed, leaf collection service there is ended.

Please help the crews by keeping vehicles off the street during leaf collection week. Vehicles parked on top of leaf piles prevent the equipment from collecting them.

The City of Livonia bulk leaf collection program is designed to help residents dispose of most of their leaves. However, some will be left behind. Residents can dispose of residual leaves in properly marked garbage cans (with yard waste stickers) or compost bags. Residents may also opt to mulch them on their grass.

Thank you for your cooperation!
