PUBLIC HEARING ITEM

1. Petition 2019-12-01-08 submitted by Gary Bloom pursuant to Section 23.01 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, requesting to rezone the property at 39040 Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between the I-275/96 Expressway and Haggerty Road in the Southwest ¼ of Section 6, from M-1, Light Manufacturing to OS, Office Services.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

2. Petition 2019-01-08-01 submitted by Tom Kelly, Vice President, 18th Street Development, LLC and Connie O’Malley, President, Outpatient Services, on behalf of Beaumont, requesting approval to revise the site plan approved by City Council on July 22, 2019 (CR #262-19), involving the construction of a professional/medical office building at 39000 Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between the I-275/96 Expressway and Haggerty Road in the Southwest ¼ of Section 6.

3. Petition 2017-09-02-12 submitted by Tiseo Architects, Inc. requesting a one-year extension of the plans in connection with a proposal to develop and operate an outdoor storage yard for recreational equipment at 12350 Merriman Road, located on the east side of Merriman Road between Plymouth Road and the CSX Railroad right-of-way in the Southwest ¼ of Section 26.

4. Petition 2017-09-02-13 submitted by Tiseo Architects, Inc. requesting a one-year extension of the plans in connection with a proposal to develop and operate an outdoor storage yard for special trade contractors at 12350 Merriman Road, located on the east side of Merriman Road between Plymouth Road and the CSX Railroad right-of-way in the Southwest ¼ of Section 26.

5. Petition 2019-12-08-16 submitted by N.C. Designers & Contracting Inc. requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.58 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, regarding a proposal to construct an addition and remodel the interior and exterior of the existing gas station (Shell) at 33411 Six Mile Road, located on the southwest corner of Six Mile and Farmington Roads in the Northeast ¼ of Section 16.

6. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,153rd Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held by the Planning Commission on January 14, 2020.
