6. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONS TO THE LOCAL STREET SYSTEM FOR ACT 51 COMPUTATIONS: Engineering Division, re: for streets or portions thereof, newly opened during 2021.

7. REQUEST TO EXTEND THE QUALIFICATION-BASED SELECTION (QBS) CONTRACTS WITH OHM ADVISORS, HUBBELL, ROTH AND CLARK, INC., SPALDING DEDECKER ASSOCIATES, INC. AND ANDERSON, ECKSTEIN AND WESTRICK, INC. FOR FIVE YEARS: Engineering Division, re: to perform Professional Engineering Services on various Federal, State and Locally funded roads, bridges, storm sewers, sanitary sewer, water mains, traffic signal modernization and pedestrian signal upgrades and other related projects from December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2026. 8. REQUEST TO APPROVE 2022 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM: Engineering Division, re: as reviewed by the Citizens Advisory Committee on Roads for the tenth year of the ten-year paving millage approved by Livonia residents.

9. REQUEST FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2019-12-08-16, submitted by Ali Hamouch, previously approved by City Council on March 11, 2020, in connection with a proposal to construct an addition and remodel the interior and exterior of the existing gas station (Shell) at 33411 Six Mile Road, located on the southwest corner of Six Mile and Farmington Roads in the Northeast ¼ of Section 16. 10. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2021-08-02-16 submitted by Mellodie Hastings requesting to operate a day care nursery (Kid Venture Child Care Center) at 10531 Farmington Road, located on the west side of Farmington Road between Orangelawn Avenue and Plymouth Road in the Northeast ¼ of Section 33.

11. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2021-09-02-17 submitted by Airgas USA L.L.C. requesting to develop and operate an outdoor storage yard for gas cylinders at 30441 Plymouth Road, located on the S side of Plymouth Road between Middlebelt and Merriman Roads in the Northwest ¼ of Section 35.

12. SIGN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2021-08-SN-02 submitted by Stark Road Holdings L.L.C., on behalf of the Livonia Athletic District (LAD), requesting to install multiple wall signs to the multi-purpose recreational facility at 14255 Stark Road, located on the west side of Stark Road between Schoolcraft Road and Lyndon Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 21.
