BEAM Projection Game, Open Play Keep Kids Active at The Rec

Looking for an activity to keep your children busy during the holiday break? We have a new feature they are sure to enjoy! Check out our new BEAM projection game in the Activity Room from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays-Sundays over the break (except Christmas when we’re closed) and test out hundreds of sensor-based games that project onto the floor and require children to step on an icon, walk a pathway, etc. to beat the clock, test their skills and more! This isn’t limited to just children, as it’s fun for all ages, so get in there!

Don’t forget about our open play 9-11 a.m. Tuesdays in the MAC Gym for ages 5 and younger either.

Participants must have a membership or day pass to participate in either free drop-in activity. Call the front desk at (734) 466-2900 to check for evening BEAM availability when classes are not scheduled.
