Bunny Brunch Returns to Full Format for Fun Memories April 2

Hop on over to the Bunny Brunch 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Civic Park Senior Center. A family favorite each spring, the meal will consist of pizza, salad, chips and cookies.

Everyone ages 2 and older are required to purchase a ticket.

Eggspress Yourself with Fun Crafts April 9 at Greenmead

Come enjoy the story of Rechenka’s Eggs and create your own beautiful egg artwork to take home.

This program takes place in the Friends Meeting House at Greenmead Historical Park from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 9, and is for children ages 4-10. Advanced registration required.

Hop Over to Rotary Park for an Easter Egg Hunt April 16

Have your little one hunting the outfield for eggs at our Egg Hunt noon Saturday, April 16, at Rotary Park. Groups will be split up by age.

Registration begins by March 18.

We made it! Greenmead Historical Park has advanced to the Sweet Sixteen playoff bracket for the Knope Award recognizing the Best Historical and Cultural Places in Local Government through Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL).

As you start filling out your basketball brackets, make sure to #VoteGreenmead daily for us through Friday. You’ll have to vote for each of the eight match-ups to make sure you get to us in match-up #7. We’re the only Michigan location in the bracket and we’re up against Wisconsin’s West Bend Theatre in the second round.
