1. REQUEST FOR DESIGNATION AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION: Gale Wilcox, Anastasia & Katie's Coffee Shop, re: as required by the State of Michigan to obtain a Charitable Gaming License to allow a raffle fundraiser in the future.

2. REAPPOINTMENT OF JOHN HILTZ TO THE LIVONIA PLYMOUTH ROAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three-year term, which will expire on May 16, 2025.

3. APPOINTMENT OF MARTHA PTASHNIK TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Councilmember Scott Bahr, re: to fill the unexpired term of Joel Turbiak, which will expire on July 12, 2023.

4. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-02-02-03 submitted by Tiseo Architects, Inc. on behalf of Plymouth Auto Sales, requesting to operate a used auto dealership with repair facilities and outdoor display of vehicles at 36534 Plymouth Road, located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Levan Road and Market Street in the Southwest ¼ of Section 29. 

5. REQUEST TO RENEW SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER: Department of Information Systems, re: with ESRI, Inc., for the City's Geographic Information System (GIS) for a period of one year, from budgeted funds.

6. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE SENTINALONE SECURITY SOFTWARE AND SOC: Information Systems Department; for a period of three years, from budgeted funds.

7. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO WAIVE THE SEALED BID PROCESS AND PURCHASE FROM SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER: Livonia Public Library, re: to add three study rooms, furniture on the second floor and a table for the library conference room at the Bennett Civic Center Library, from budgeted funds.

8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO WAIVE THE SEALED BID PROCESS AND PURCHASE FROM SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER: Livonia Public Library, re: to replace shelving units for the Youth Non-fiction Collection and Youth paperback collection at the Carl Sandburg Library, from budgeted funds.

9. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for Shelden Park Pool Deck Paving to close out the contract with Luigi Ferdinandi & Son Cement Co., Inc., in an amount not-to-exceed $6,026.55 and the new total not-to-exceed amount of $61,887.55, from budgeted funds. 10.  AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for HVAC Maintenance Service at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center for the period of June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2026, from budgeted funds.

19. REQUEST TO APPROVE RESOLUTION: Department of Public Works, re: to declare that the City of Livonia will not be responsible for paying GLWA for the City of Highland Park's water debt.

20. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from Jolly Road Properties, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for property developed on the east side of Hubbard Avenue, north of Plymouth Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27.

21. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT:  Engineering Division, re:  from Madonna University, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for property developed west of Levan Road, on the north of Schoolcraft Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20.

22. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT:  Engineering Division, re:  from Livonia Business Center, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for property developed on the east side of Sears Drive, north of Plymouth Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26.

23. REQUEST TO WAIVE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE THE 2022 ASPHALT ROAD PROGRAM BY EXTENDING CONTRACT 20-A UNIT PRICES WITH NAGLE PAVING COMPANY:  Engineering Division, re: for Contract 22-A in the amount of $4,000,000 (CR 106-21)

24. REQUEST TO AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH OHM ADVISORS FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2022 ASPHALT ROAD PROGRAM (CONTRACT 22-A); Engineering Division, re: for same. (CR 336-21)

25. REQUEST TO AMEND THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT THROUGH QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS WITH HUBBELL, ROTH & CLARK, INC. (HRC) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE MEDC GRANT - GREENMEAD REGIONAL DETENTION POND:  Engineering Division, re: same. (CR 95-22)

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

26.    PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to add Chapter 98, (The City of Livonia Police and Fire Revised Retirement Plan) to Title 2.

27. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-02-02-02 submitted by Livonia Budget Storage, L.L.C. requesting to operate a truck and trailer rental business in conjunction with an existing climate-controlled, indoor self-storage facility at 29150 Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Middlebelt Road and Parkville Avenue in the Southwest ¼ of Section 1.

28. REQUEST TO AMEND COUNCIL RESOLUTION 258-21: Department of Civil Service, re: amend job descriptions and increase wages for temporary part-time staff in the Department of Parks and Recreation, from budgeted funds.

29.   REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO INCREASE FEES: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for membership, daily pass and ten visit pass fees at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center and outdoor pool daily pass and season pass fees.

30. SIGN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2003-08-SN-08, submitted by Aver Sign Company, requesting to amend Council Resolution #549-03, adopted by the Livonia City Council on October 22, 2003, to allow the illumination of tubing around the pump island canopy of the BP gas station at 27428 Schoolcraft Road, located on the northwest corner of Schoolcraft and Inkster Roads in the southeast ¼ of Section 24.

31. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2021-11-08-06 submitted by Jeffery Scott Architects, requesting to remodel the exterior facade and modify the approved landscape plan of the commercial strip center at 16112 thru 16184 Middlebelt Road, located on the east side of Middlebelt Road between Five Mile Road and Terrence Avenue in the Northwest ¼ of Section 13.
