6. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO WAIVE THE SEALED BID PROCESS AND PURCHASE FROM SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER: Division of Police, re: to replace the Police Department’s Firearms Training Simulator (FATS), from budgeted funds.

7. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) 2022 DODGE CHARGER UTILIZING THE STATE OF MICHIGAN BID PRICING: Division of Police, re: to replace an unrepairable vehicle, from budgeted funds.

8. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works; re: for the emergency repair in the City Hall Annex hallway, from budgeted funds.

9. REQUEST TO PURCHASE ONE SUPER JET 1600 HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETTER THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL PURCHASING PROGRAM: Department of Public Works, Sewer Department, through budgeted funds.

10. AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, re: for the Baseball Diamond Fencing Replacement Project, from budgeted funds.

11. AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, re: for the Civic Center Library Atrium Roof Replacement, from the unexpended fund balance of the Library Fund.

12. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT:  Engineering Division, re: from Livonia West Commerce Center 2, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for property developed east of Haggerty Road, south of Schoolcraft Road in the N 1/2 of Section 30 (12950 Eckles).

13. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from Livonia West Commerce Center 2, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for property developed east of Haggerty Road, south of Schoolcraft Road in the N 1/2 of Section 30 (13100 Eckles).

15. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED:  Engineering Division, re: to add Chapter 22 (Stormwater Management) to Title 13 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended.

16. ROLL CALL: Department of Law, re: Petition 2022-04-03-01 submitted by Stonefield Engineering & Design, on behalf of Haggerty Residential, L.L.C., request to determine whether or not to vacate an existing sanitary sewer easement at 19750 Haggerty Road, located on the east side of Haggerty Road between Seven Mile and Eight Mile Roads in the Southwest ¼ of Section 6. (CR 220-22)
