REQUEST TO APPROVE FIRST OF TWO POTENTIAL TWO-YEAR EXTENSIONS OF CONTRACT FOR CARETAKING SERVICES IN THE HISTORICAL VILLAGE AT GREENMEAD: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: with independent contractor, Jeffrey Ronayne, for the period of December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2024. 3. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO USE THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDS: Department of Finance, re: for the provision of General Fund government services.

4.  AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Finance, re: for Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage for the period of December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2024, from budgeted funds.

5.  REQUEST TO APPROVE BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2022: Department of Finance, re: same.

6.  REQUEST TO RENEW THE CITY’S LIABILITY AND PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE:  Department of Finance, re:  with the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA) for the period from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2024.

7. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SMART AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Livonia Housing Commission, re: for the Municipal Credit Contract for the period July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, with all Credits to be used for the Livonia Community Transit Program.

8. REQUEST TO AMEND THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTRACT THROUGH THE QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS WITH HUBBELL, ROTH AND CLARK, INC.: Public Service Division, re: for the architectural design and construction phase services for the Senior Center Addition and Recreation Center Improvements Project. 9.  REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE FREIGHTLINER SINGLE AXLE TRUCK UPFITTED AS A SWAP LOADER WITH ATTACHMENTS THROUGH THE ROCHESTER HILLS CO-OP AWARD AGREEMENT (RFP-RH 20-023): Public Works Division, re: for use by the Water Department, from budgeted funds.

10.  REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE TRAIL BEAST EASEMENT MACHINE: Department of Public Works, Sewer Department, re: to replace the current outdated equipment, from budgeted funds

11.  REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE TORO GROUNDSMASTER 3505-D THROUGH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN BID PROCESS: Department of Public Works; re: to replace equipment that has exceeded the life expectancy, from budgeted funds.

12. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE:  Engineering Division; re:  to close out the Ben Celani Park Improvements Project, in the amount of $24,865.21 and the new total of $128,155.21 (CR 143-22)

13. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Amend Sections 020 and 030 to Title 9, Chapter 83 (Child abuse).
