PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to add Chapter 65 (Civil Rights Non-Discrimination) to Title 2, in order to streamline the process for reporting discriminatory behavior in our community, expand protections for those who face discrimination, and make a clear statement about our values as an arms-wide-open community.

12. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Amend Sections 020 and 030 to Title 9, Chapter 83 (Child abuse).

13. AWARD OF BID: Division of Police, re: for Towing and Impound Services, for a period of three years with two, three-year renewal options, from budgeted funds.

14. REQUEST TO AMEND THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTRACT THROUGH THE QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS WITH HUBBELL, ROTH AND CLARK, INC.: Public Service Division, re: for the architectural design and construction phase services for the Senior Center Addition and Recreation Center Improvements Project.
