Carnival-Themed Family New Year's Eve Party Brings Big Top Vibes to The Rec Center

Get family and friends together for a carnival-themed New Year’s Eve Party 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, at the Kirksey Recreation Center!

Register to enjoy the full range of swimming, arts and crafts, climbing wall, bounce houses, a balloon drop and more! Registration required for ages 2 and older, but the fun is for the whole family.

Baseball Clinics Move Indoors to Help Develop Youth Baseball/Softball Skills

Develop your baseball/softball fundamentals with our baseball clinics Wednesdays, Jan. 11-Feb. 22, at the Kirksey Recreation Center. Boys and girls will work on their fielding, throwing and hitting skills in an indoor environment in our MAC Gyms.

The 6 p.m. clinic for ages 5-7 is sold out, but accepting names on a waiting list. The 7 p.m. clinic for ages 7-8 still has limited spaces available. Clinics meet for 50 minutes each week. Sign up before it's full!

Get Kicking With the Return of Our Bootball Tournament

Get a 10v10 coed team together to play under the lights in our 2023 Bootball Tournament 5:30-10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Bicentennial Park.

Don winter boots and take to a (hopefully) snow-covered field for a fun kickball tournament.
Two pitches per kicker from your own team's kicker.
Giant tennis balls used instead of kickballs.
Two per gender on the field at all times.
No new innings after 30 minutes.
