The Kirksey Recreation Center is hosting the fourth Pop Up Play event at 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 22, for family bingo in The Rec’s party rooms. This event is free for all ages if you are a member or have a day pass, and the events have limited times. They are on a first-come, first-served basis. No pre-registration is required.

The Kirksey Recreation Center is continuing the Pop Up Play series at 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-4 p.m, Monday, March 25, with the cold-blooded classification and crime lab events in the Rec's Party Rooms! Come meet live reptiles by doing hands on activities that will allow you to explore the adaptations that make them successful. The second event will consist of brushing up on your logical thinking and problem-solving skills as participants are immersed in the intriguing world of forensics. These events are free for all ages if you are a member or have a day pass. The events have limited times and are on a first-come, first-served basis. No pre-registration is required. 

STEM- Based Camp!

L3 (Livonia's little learners)

A STEM-based camp for kids ages 3-5 at the Kirksey Recreation Center! This weekly program will run 1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday July 8-Aug. 8. Each week has a different theme. Daily activities include time doing a STEM-based project, free time in the Tree Fort or in the gym playing games and storytime! The cost per member is $94, residents are $124, and non-residents are $142. There is a one time $10 material fee if you do one week or all of them. You can register here soon.
