1. BLOCK PARTY: Jennifer Checcobelli, re: to be held Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., from 19031 Irving Street to Clarita Street, with a rain date of Sunday, September 28, 2025.
2. BLOCK PARTY: Vanessa Mink, re: to be held Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., on Pollyanna Drive from Pollyanna Court to Carl Drive.
3. REQUEST FOR DESIGNATION AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION: Jason Pipgras, President, Livonia Stevenson High School Booster Club, re: as required by the State of Michigan to obtain a Charitable Gaming License to allow a raffle fundraiser in the future.
4. REQUEST TO APPROVE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SHOPPES AT COLLEGE PARK PLANNED GENERAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND HAGGERTY SIX PARTNERS, LLC: Doraid Markus on behalf of Haggerty Six Partners, LLC, re: Petition 2024-02-02-03, to amend the signage provisions of paragraph 4.7 of the Agreement. (CR 135-24)
5. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO WAIVE THE SEALED BID PROCESS AND PURCHASE FROM SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER: Livonia Fire & Rescue, re: for the purchase of one (1) power load ambulance cot loading system to be placed in the new ambulance, from budgeted and unbudgeted funds.
6. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Civil Service, re: in an amount of $5,000 above the not-to-exceed amount of $30,000 to Empco to develop an Assessment Center for the Library Director open-competitive examination, for the fiscal year 2024-2025, from budgeted funds.
7. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Civil Service, re: in a not-to-exceed amount of $35,000 to Empco for the promotional testing of Police Lieutenant, Police Sergeant, Senior Fire Captain, and additional testing, for the fiscal year 2025-2026, from budgeted funds.
8. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works, re: for the Police Station Fuel Tank Replacement, in a not-to-exceed amount of $394,984, from budgeted funds.
