Historical Lecture Series: Pontiac's transportation Legacy

Join us for the next entry in our History Lecture Series, Pontiac's Transportation Legacy! It will be 2-3:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, and is free!

The City of Pontiac has a very broad history in wheeled vehicles which spans from carriages to cars, motorized bikes to 18-wheelers, and virtually everything in between! Most people remember the Pontiac Division of GM, but the GMC Division was headquartered in Pontiac for 80 years, as well. This lecture will discuss elements of that industrial, technical, and social history. Join us as we welcome a member of the Pontiac Transportation Museum for this free program at the Alexander Blue House. No registration required.

Find this event on Facebook.
