    You will have an opportunity to speak directly with the Citizen Road Advisory Committee to voice your concerns regarding the existing road conditions under the jurisdiction of the City of Livonia for consideration for repairs/replacement (not including Wayne County Roads). If you are unable to attend, please send a letter or fax concerns to the attention of the Engineering Department.     Livonia A.M. Rotary presents a 70-minute LIVE Magic Comedy show starring Jonathan LaChance to raise money for the Rotary Polio Plus Program! Every dollar from this fundraiser sent to Rotary is also matched by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This is a live comedy and magic show on Facebook live starting at 7 p.m. on Oct. 29. Tickets are $25 per household. This could also make a great gift for that relative or friend who might have a birthday or anniversary coming up soon.

    The 2020 Healthy Livonia Turkey Trot will be a Virtual Turkey Trot. Complete your 3.2 mile walk or run on your own. Register before Monday, Oct. 26 and receive the official Turkey Trot T-Shirt for this year’s event. Register online or at the Parks and Recreation desk for $15. Participants that register after Oct. 26 will not receive a Turkey Trot T-Shirt. We will be collecting nonperishable food items for the Livonia Goodfellows between Nov. 1-30. Drop off your nonperishable food items at the Kirksey Recreation Center and help us help our neighbors in need!

  2. Super Saturdays Youth Series

    Livonia Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the Super Saturday Youth Series! Every Saturday in the fall we will be hosting an outdoor day of fun at parks in Livonia for kids ages 5-8 and 9-12. Pre-registration is required for each day. Drop the kids off and we'll take care of the rest. Pizza will be provided. Activities include group games, sports, arts & crafts, nature walks and more! Please note that all activities are dependent on the weather and facility availability. All staff and participants are subject to temperature and symptom checks upon arrival to the site.
