  1. Partnerships for Progress: A Listening Tour

    June 24, 2020, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. @ Clarenceville High School Auditorium

The Livonia Police Department is partnering with Western Wayne NAACP and the Conference of Western Wayne on a regional listening tour. The goal is to visit each of the Western Wayne County communities to listen to the participants regarding the delivery of police service, social issues and local community interactions. All of us have seen the protests throughout the country and we are committed to listening and learning. The City of Livonia will be hosting the first event on Wednesday, June 24 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Clarenceville High School Auditorium. Please see the link to pre-register. To accommodate social distancing required due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event is limited to 100 people attending in-person, and PPE will be provided. There are no restrictions on who can attend, but in order to ensure COVID-19 safety and compliance, you must be pre-registered. The event will be live-streamed on the Livonia Community Facebook page:
