Newburgh Village Overview
Newburgh Village is a retirement community of 120 garden-style apartments which serve Livonia's low and moderate income senior citizens. Newburgh Village is located in the southwest corner of the City of Livonia, which is experiencing increased growth in residential and commercial development. Newburgh Village is also adjacent to Edward Hines Nature and Recreation Park.
Recreational & Social Opportunities
Residents of Newburgh Village enjoy many accessible social and recreational opportunities. The centrally located, air-conditioned community building has a large meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. Many programs and social activities take place in the Newburgh Village "people place".
The Newburgh Village Social Club holds many functions throughout the year. Membership is limited to residents of Newburgh Village.
There are 80 one-bedroom apartments (approximately 645 square feet) and 40 two-bedroom apartments (approximately 785 square feet).

Housing requirements are as follows:
- 62 and older or 55 and disabled
- You must be a current Livonia resident or an immediate family member who is a current Livonia resident to be eligible for our waiting list
Income limitations are as follows:
- $44,800 single person per year (subject to change)
- $51,200 couple per year (subject to change)
