Community Gardens: Returning Gardener Registration Opens

Gardeners from the 2024 season who kept their gardens well tended will be notified by mail in January that they have the opportunity to return for the upcoming garden season. Starting 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13, registration will be available online and in person at Greenmead Historical Park or the Kirksey Recreation Center. A check made payable to City of Livonia can be mailed, along with the signed Release and Hold Harmless form, and signed Community Gardens Rules form, to Greenmead Historical Park. Payment must be received by 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, in order to have a guaranteed spot in 2025. Accessible beds available.
