Once you have signed up, your activation code will be "Livonia." It is not case-sensitive. Residents who utilize the online service portal must register as a "new membership." The 2026 Ambulance Transportation Program runs from Feb. 1, 2026, through Jan. 31, 2027. Details on the program and an application can be found in this document.
