LIVONIA’S 36th ANNUAL GARDEN WALK
Start your summer with a walk through five lovely Livonia gardens!
Join us on Saturday, June 27, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to tour five private gardens located throughout the City and the Simmons-Hill House gardens.
Advanced ticket sales begin in May online or in person at the Greenmead Office or the Civic Center Library for $12.
Tickets may also be purchased the day of for $12 at the Robert and Janet Bennett Civic Center Library, 32777 Five Mile Road, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the Simmons-Hill House at Greenmead, 20501 Newburgh Road, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please be prepared to pay with cash or check only.
Please check in at the Simmons-Hill House* at Greenmead from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or the Bennett Civic Center Library from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to receive your booklet on the day of the walk.
This is a rain-or-shine event. Attendees must provide their own transportation to the gardens.
*The Simmons-Hill House is located at the corner of Eight Mile and Victor Parkway, in the northwest corner of Greenmead Historical Park. Attendees will park in the small paved parking lot near the barns and silos and walk up to the house. The walk from the parking lot to the house through the gardens is approximately 400 feet, and utilizing the gravel road is approximately 600 feet.
